Stainless steel stepless hose clamps provide a secure, low-profile connection for brewing and draft tubing. Available for 5/8 in. OD (14-16 mm) or 3/4 in. OD (17-20 mm) tubing. Sold in packs of 20.
Stepless Hose Clamps provide a secure, clean, and low-profile way to fasten brewing and draft tubing to barbed fittings. Their single-ear design applies even pressure around the circumference of the hose, helping create a tight connection without the bulky screw housing found on traditional worm-drive hose clamps.
Made from stainless steel and designed for installation with a Stepless Clamp Pincer Tool, these clamps are well suited for beer lines, gas lines, silicone tubing, transfer hoses, camlock assemblies, and other brewing or beverage connections. Each package contains 20 clamps and is available in two sizes based on the outside diameter of the tubing.
| Clamp Size | Compatible Tubing OD | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| 5/8 in. OD | 14-16 mm OD | 20 clamps |
| 3/4 in. OD | 17-20 mm OD | 20 clamps |
Stepless clamps are designed to provide continuous pressure around the hose connection without the gaps or raised screw mechanism found on conventional worm-drive clamps. When properly sized and installed, the clamp conforms closely to the tubing and helps maintain an even seal around the fitting.
The compact design is especially useful in draft systems and brewing hose assemblies where space is limited or where a clean, professional connection is preferred.
Select the clamp according to the outside diameter of the hose after the hose has been installed over the barb or fitting. Do not choose a clamp based only on the nominal inside diameter of the tubing, since hose wall thickness and fitting dimensions affect the final assembled diameter.
For the best fit, install the hose onto the intended fitting and measure the outside diameter at the point where the clamp will sit before selecting a clamp size.
Slide the appropriate stepless clamp over the hose before installing the fitting. Insert the barbed fitting fully into the tubing, then position the clamp over the barbed section of the fitting.
Place the jaws of a Stepless Clamp Pincer Tool squarely over the raised ear of the clamp and squeeze until the ear is fully compressed. Inspect the finished connection to make sure the clamp is centered and evenly seated around the tubing.
