How to Use
- Choose a location on the outside of the fermenter below the typical liquid level.
- Clean and completely dry the application surface.
- Remove the protective backing from the thermometer strip.
- Press the strip firmly against the fermenter to create secure contact with the surface.
- Allow the liquid crystal display to stabilize before reading the temperature.

Use Tips
For the most useful reading, position the strip below the liquid level and away from heating pads, cooling lines, direct sunlight, or other external heat sources. The thermometer measures the temperature at the outside surface of the fermenter and provides a convenient indication of the fermentation temperature.
