We make it easy to get just the right amount of grain for your brew — sold by the ounce or by the pound, so you can order exactly what your recipe needs.

We take accuracy seriously. Each grain is weighed to a 0.08-ounce tolerance and then double-checked against the total. If there’s ever a slight variance, we lean toward giving a bit more rather than less, so your recipe stays right on target.

Once you’ve picked your grains, you decide how we bag them. Choose a recipe from our Recipe Selector (Recipe #1, 2, or 3), and we’ll combine everything for that recipe into a single bag. That saves us time and packaging, which means savings for you too!

If you’d rather keep each grain variety separate, no problem — just pick “None” and we’ll bag them individually. And don’t forget, we’ll mill your grains for free if you’d like.
