Brewer’s Guidance

Use Spelt Malt at 5–20% of the grist for subtle nutty complexity, or increase to 30–40% to emphasize spelt’s earthy, rustic character. It pairs particularly well with Belgian yeast strains, noble hops, and malt-forward recipes.
