With a color range of 6.5–8.5 Lovibond, it imparts deep amber to reddish-brown hues while contributing flavors of bread, nuts, and caramel. Its wheat base ensures a smooth, full-bodied malt character that enhances drinkability.

Use Dark Wheat Malt at 10–50% of the grist depending on the desired flavor and color intensity. Lower percentages provide subtle nutty and caramel notes, while higher additions create the foundation for bold, malt-forward wheat styles.
