Brewer’s Guidance

Use Roasted Barley Malt at 3–10% of the grist depending on intensity desired. Smaller additions enhance color and subtle roast, while higher usage creates bold coffee-like bitterness and a strong roasted backbone, essential for stouts and robust porters.
