Crisp Extra Pale Maris Otter® Malt is produced from the legendary Maris Otter barley variety, prized for its malting excellence since 1965. Kilned to a very low color rating of 1.5–2.0°L, it is one of the palest Maris Otter malts available. Despite its light hue, it retains the signature Maris Otter flavor profile—delicate malt sweetness with a subtle nutty undertone that adds depth without overpowering other ingredients.
