Viking Caramel 150 Malt contributes unfermentable sugars that improve body, foam retention, and mouthfeel. Its darker caramel notes integrate seamlessly with roasted or chocolate malts, adding roundness and balance while preventing overly sharp roast character.

Brewer’s Guidance

Use Caramel 150 Malt at 5–15% of the grist for deep caramel sweetness and color. Lower additions create smooth undertones, while higher percentages highlight toffee and dried fruit character, especially in darker, malt-forward recipes.
