Its wheat base ensures a softer, rounded roast character compared to traditional barley-based chocolate malts.

Brewer’s Guidance

Use Chocolate Wheat Malt at 1–5% of the grist for subtle roast and color adjustment, or up to 10% in darker styles for pronounced chocolate and coffee character. Its unique wheat foundation ensures a creamy texture that complements robust flavors.
