Description
Viniflora® Oenos™ 2.0 is a premium freeze-dried Oenococcus oeni culture for direct inoculation into wine, delivering fast, complete malolactic fermentation with excellent tolerance to challenging cellar conditions and a clean, stable sensory profile in both red and white wines.

Use & Application
Add directly to wine after alcoholic fermentation when the temperature, pH, and SO₂ are within recommended ranges. One retail pouch treats up to 66 gal (250 L); larger packs are available for commercial volumes.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store frozen at 0 °F (−18 °C) for up to 24 months. Short-term refrigerated storage at 41 °F (5 °C) is suitable for up to 6 months. Keep sealed and protect from heat and oxygen exposure.
