With enough alpha acids for bittering and plenty of expressive oils, this hop works well from first wort additions through whirlpool and dry hopping. Offered in classic T-90 pellet form, it is easy to store, measure, and use in any home brewery. The 1 oz size is perfect for test batches, recipe trials, or topping up a hop schedule.
For a standard 5 gallon batch, a single hop schedule works very well. Use a modest 0.5 to 0.75 ounce addition at 60 minutes, then follow with 1 to 3 ounces split between whirlpool and dry hopping. Its moderate alpha acid level makes it easy to dial in a balanced bitterness.
