Where It Shines

Ideal for improving mouthfeel and foam stability in any beer—especially lighter styles and dark beers where you want texture without affecting visual or flavor profiles.

Role in the Brewhouse

A specialty dextrin malt, rich in non-fermentable sugars and devoid of enzymes, it enhances body and head retention with its glassy character while contributing no color or taste.

Brewer’s Guidance

Use at 1–5% to bolster foam stability and mid-palate fullness without altering the beer’s flavor or hue.
